Another short animation! (sorry!) I'm on a roll doncha think? Wheey, this time it's Flash and Troy's turn!
Wanted to try something a little different...and I like it! It's just a pencil test so I can see my flaws before doing some in-betweening! I'm pretty happy with it though! Troy's 'wondering eye' as I like to call it, makes me chuckle I want to animate a short scene, and so....a fighting scene it will be! I've already 'very roughly' sketched out that animation concept I posted a while back! It looks pretty good too! [link] @ 1:10-ish from Wolfs rain was a 'reff' - I'm starting to better understand timing now -- which is good!
Ahh, guys I'm sorry I haven't done any art lately -- the only think I feel like doing are sketches...hence the animations But I'll have a few commissions up soon! (I know I keep ranting on about the same stuff, but it's true!)
Right, now off to see Tangled I go! Hope it's good!
And... this time, it is horses! I love how smooth the movements were, and how powerful you made them look simply through their fierce expressions. I also love how it ends up as a close-up of Troy's eyes, right after Flash bites at him. I completely understand the lack of art, so don't worry about it at all. I am currently in the middle of a huge art block that just won't go way, so all I am drawing is random sketches now and again. I want so badly just to sit down and draw, but I can't seem to!
I knew the movements seemed familiar....and when I saw the Wolf's Rain reference you used I almost died! I never knew you watched WR. In fact, I was watching my box set this morning. I'm on ep. 22, but I believe I've watched the whole series at least five or six times.
You do a great job on these animations, can I smack you?? How do you always get it to be so even with the lines?? X.X
Wow! This is amazing ^^. This really looks awesome. I am in awe 03o.
I do have one question for you. You seem to be using traditional animation to make your animations. If so, how are you uploading them on the computer? Do you scan them in or take pictures of each frame with a camera?
